Megan Orbeck, M.A., BCBA
CHEIF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Megan is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Spectrum Diagnostics, where she combines her leadership expertise with more than 14 years of experience supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
As CEO, Megan oversees and maintains key company systems to ensure optimal functionality and operational efficiency. She designs and delivers comprehensive training materials, leads onboarding and professional development for new team members, and tracks company-wide key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic growth.
In addition to her executive role, Megan remains deeply involved in clinical practice. She conducts diagnostic assessments using a variety of standardized tools, prepares detailed clinical reports, and collaborates closely with physicians to ensure diagnostic accuracy and continuity of care. Dedicated to innovation and excellence, she works alongside leadership to identify operational challenges, develop data-driven solutions, and foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Megan holds a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and certified Autism examiner, she has worked in diverse settings—including schools, homes, clinics, and community environments—supporting individuals aged 2 to 22. Her experiences have solidified her belief in the transformative power of early intervention to help children reach meaningful, individualized goals.
Megan is passionate about guiding families throughout their journey—from diagnosis to long-term support—offering compassion, expertise, and encouragement every step of the way.
Jade is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Spectrum Diagnostics, where she brings eight years of experience in the field and a strong commitment to community engagement, marketing, and client support.
As COO, Jade oversees the company’s day-to-day operations and strategic outreach initiatives, ensuring that Spectrum Diagnostics remains connected, accessible, and responsive to the needs of families and professionals in the community. She leads the organization’s marketing and public relations efforts, developing creative strategies to expand awareness, build partnerships, and strengthen Spectrum Diagnostics’ presence across Florida and beyond.
In addition to her leadership and outreach responsibilities, Jade is actively involved in the clinical side of the organization. She assists with diagnostic assessments, collaborates with clinicians throughout the evaluation process, and helps ensure that each family receives clear, compassionate communication and individualized guidance.
Jade’s work reflects her dedication to both operational excellence and meaningful connection. She believes that bridging clinical expertise with community involvement creates the strongest foundation for empowering families and supporting individuals on the autism spectrum. Her leadership emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and innovation—values that continue to shape Spectrum Diagnostics’ growth and mission..
